Visas on West Africa

Visas on West Africa

Morocco:

No visa needed. At any border  just get a stamp in your passport and enjoy it until in last, as you wont see a country where no visa is needed until…Namibia!

Mauritania:

Some people get their visa in Rabat, but as i did skip all the big cities along the coast i prefered to get the visa on arrival.Once you cross the “no-man´s land” , those 5km. between the last military post in Morocco and the first one in Mauritania, you will definetelly feel you have finally arrived in black Africa.

I was waiting under a big warm sun for the oficials to go back to work, while a  policemen will take your details in a piece of paper in a office full of flies.

Visa are issued for 50 Euros.

Senegal:

Since july 2013  all EU citizens need to apply for a visa in advance in an online site… http://www.visasenegal.sn/?page_id=9&lang=en.
